| 1. Open
Entourage.
2. Go to the Tools Menu and select Accounts |

| 5. When the Account Setup Assistant window appears select Configure account manually | |

| 7.
The New Account window will appear. Set the Account type to POP and click OK |

| 8.
On the Account Settings tab enter the information as it appears in
the example below. |

Account name: A label for this account, for example your e-mail address
name Name: You name as you would like it to appear on messages you send Email Address: Your e-mail address Account ID: The name portion of your e-mail address (everything before @student.palomar.edu) all lowercase POP Server: Type in your incoming e-mail server (click here to find your incoming e-mail server) Password: Type in your password if you would like Entourage to remember it for you. Otherwise it will prompt you every time you check your mail SMTP Server:Type in your outgoing e-mail server (click here to find your outgoing e-mail server) |

| 9. Click on the Options
tab of the Edit Account window Make sure that Leave a copy of each message on the server is has a check mark and click OK |
