More than just an email account
Palomar College is implementing Microsoft Office 365 for students. MSOffice 365 is free for enrolled students and includes online versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook (for college email); plus, students receive 1TB cloud storage using OneDrive.
All students receive a college email address upon admission to Palomar College. The email address format is email@example.com. The student's username is assigned upon admission and consists of their first initial, last name and a random number. If they don't know their username, they can click here for assistance.
When accessing student email, students must type their full email address at login (firstname.lastname@example.org). The student's password is the same password that they use to access eServices/MyPalomar.
New students (and returning students who were never assigned a Palomar College student email address in the past) should use the email service included in Office 365. Click here to login.
Returning students with an existing Palomar College student email address, should click here to login. Their email will be migrated from the college's previous email system to Office 365.
